7.2 The customer has 24 hours to cancel his order and get a voucher of this amount since Stripe and PayPal are charging fees for any charge back made which is "Riba" , after this time no cancellation of order can be made as the items are already being made. 

7.3 The customer has 48 hours to report and return the item for manufacturing defect, after this period SAARAIDI will not accept any returns. The refund will be made in the form of a credit note or exchange of article if stock available.

7.4 Any return will have to be sent to the UAE (at client's own expenses) at SAARAIDI FZ LLC Head office, address will be given by SAARAIDI

7.5 Upon receipt of your return, we will examine the product and reserve the right to refuse it if it does not meet the following conditions: be new, unworn, untouched, undamaged, odorless, in their entirety and in their original packaging.


8.1 No exchange or refund will be made unless SAARAIDI makes an error in the order or a manufacturing defect. Any claim concerning a defect of another product must be made by contacting: [email protected] via the contact form and attaching a photo of the product with a defect. We will study the complaint and judge what action to take according to the facts reported. Refunds will be made via a voucher only.

8.2 In the case of an exchange due to a defect, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.

8.3 We do not issue refunds or exchanges on sale or promotional items.

8.4 We do not exchange items after receipt in accordance with the order if the Customer has made a mistake on a size, model or colour.
