This design features a mandarin-inspired stand collar and traditional Chinese-style frog closures arranged vertically along the front. Finished in matching black, these distinctive fastenings introduce an architectural element to the design while emphasising its clean central line.

The abaya is cut in a long, generously relaxed silhouette, maintaining a relatively straight shape with a subtle flare towards the hem. Slightly dropped shoulders and long, wide sleeves complement its fluid construction, creating an enveloping shape without defining the body.
