More than a set, Madame S is a silhouette of its own. Imagined, designed and developed by SAARAIDI, the piece was created around one idea: reworking the codes of tailoring and pleating to create a distinctive silhouette beyond traditional constructions.

The set consists of two pieces designed to work together: an asymmetric crossover blazer and a trompe-l’œil dress featuring an integrated chiffon pleated section.

The blazer reinterprets traditional tailoring through a deliberately asymmetric construction. Its crossover front panelstructures the upper body before extending into a diagonal hemline, falling longer on one side to create an unexpected graphic silhouette. A tailored lapel and single-button closure reference classic blazer construction, while the proportions and asymmetry completely transform it. The blazer is fully lined in silk taffeta, adding structure and a refined finish.

Underneath, the dress has been designed around a true trompe-l’œil effect. Its clean upper section transitions into chiffon pleating directly integrated into the dress, creating the visual illusion of a separate long pleated skirt. In reality, it is one complete piece. The lightness of the chiffon gives the pleats fluidity, movement and generous volume, contrasting beautifully with the sharper, more architectural lines of the blazer.

Worn together, the two pieces play with proportions and textures: asymmetry meets pleating, structure meets movement. A distinctive silhouette developed down to its smallest details and designed to become one of the signature pieces of the collection.
